Refund Policy

1. General Terms
- This policy applies to all services and subscription packages offered by PT Sangra App Development through the True Tracker application, including Free Trial, Lite, Pro, and Enterprise versions.
- By making payment, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms contained in this policy.
- Users are advised to try the Free Trial version before subscribing to paid packages to ensure the service meets their needs.
2. No Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided for purchases or subscription renewals that have been made, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with features or services;
- Discontinuation of use before the subscription period ends;
- User error in package purchase;
- Temporary technical disruptions that do not permanently remove service access.
- If users cancel their subscription before the validity period expires, service access remains active until the end of the subscription period.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be provided if:
- There is a payment system error from True Tracker that causes users to be double-charged; or
- Ordered by judicial institutions or legal authorities in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
In such cases, refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) working days after verification and approval by the True Tracker finance team.
4. Policy Changes
True Tracker reserves the right to change or update this policy at any time. The latest version will be published on the official website or within the application. Users are advised to review this policy periodically.
