By creating an account or using TrueTracker, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

TrueTracker provides an AI-powered maintenance management solution designed for facilities, engineering, and operations teams.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including organizations, administrators, and team members.

2. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using TrueTracker on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from failure to maintain account security.

4. Use of the Service

You agree to:

  • Use TrueTracker only for lawful business purposes.
  • Avoid misuse, disruption, or unauthorized access to our platform or systems.
  • Not reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Subscription, Payments, and Free Trial

  • Some features may require a paid subscription.
  • Payment terms and pricing are provided on our website or within the app.
  • Free trials are offered at our discretion and may be revoked at any time.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.

If you cancel your subscription, access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials available on TrueTracker are the property of PT Sofindo Karya Gemilang or its licensors.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using TrueTracker, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

8. Service Availability and Maintenance

We strive to keep TrueTracker available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Occasional maintenance or updates may temporarily affect availability.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime or service interruption.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueTracker and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities;
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) during the last 12 months.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms;
  • You misuse or attempt to compromise our systems; or
  • Required by law or regulatory action.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease, but obligations relating to payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property shall survive.

11. Modifications to the Terms

Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Your continued use of TrueTracker after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Badung, Bali.
